We need 1-3 business days to process and pack your order before sending it. Shipping includes the cost for us to prepare your order, select your items, package them, transport them, and handle them. If you ask for special requests, like choosing a specific delivery date, it might cost more. Unfortunately, we can’t guarantee exact delivery times, but we’ll try our best. We only ship and deliver packages on weekdays. When you place an order, the shipping cost will be decided. If you spend more than $99 in the continental USA, we’ll ship your order for free. Wrong Address Disclaimer

The buyer should make sure they enter their address correctly when ordering. The seller is not responsible if the package is sent back to them because of an incorrect address. The seller tries to process and ship the order quickly, so there is only a short amount of time to make any changes. If the buyer needs to cancel the order or change the address, they need to contact the seller right away. The seller will try to make the change, but they cannot guarantee it. If there is a problem with the delivery, the buyer should contact the seller. It may take up to 4 days for the tracking information to show up. If the tracking shows that the package was delivered, but the buyer did not receive it, they should contact the carrier or seller to investigate.
